Chat Rules
The following chat rules are intended to provide a friendly, usable chat. Each player must abide by the following rules:
Our official chat language is English. The use of any other language in the global chat will result in a chat ban of at least 1 hour. You may use your desired language using /pm or in any other chat channel than the global one (e. g. the Association channel)
No links or promoting! Don’t post any links or promote any other pages in the chat. Only sending them via /pm with prior consent of the other player is allowed. Violating this rule will result in at least a 1 hour chat ban.
No spamming! No flooding! Don’t spam in the chat, keep the chat clean. This also includes writing only in CAPSLOCK, talking to oneself or filling the chat with unnecessary messages. Violating this rule will result in at least a 1 hour chat ban.
No inappropriate language, keep it clean. We are strongly against racism, sexism, swearing, threats, discrimination, disrespect, and other forms of inappropriate language. This includes but is not limited to: no insults, no badmouthing and no assaults against the person behind a player account. Be friendly and polite in the chat. Not following this rule will result in at least a 1 hour ban. Excessive offenses may result in longer ban or even a permanent account ban.
Intentionally causing another player to break the rules is forbidden. Failure to comply will be punished with a warning or, in case of multiple violations, with a ban of at least 1h.
Ban avoidance: The avoidance of a chat ban through using another account to write in the chat or any other means will result in a permanent ban of the main as well as all related accounts.
Negative Environment: The chat is intended to communicate with all players in Clickfight. A friendly environment is the basic requirement for this. Players who intentionally create a negative atmosphere in the chat will be warned or banned with at least 1h in case of multiple violations.
Private Information: Do not publish any private contact information of yourself. By private information, we mean personal information such as; real name, age, address, e-mail address, telephone number or anything else that could reveal the identity of the person behind a player account. You are also not allowed to ask / force anyone else to reveal this information about themselves. Sharing your personal discord username for communication with other players is allowed, sharing the discord of another player without prior consent of the respective player is forbidden.
These rules provide a general behavior guideline. Undermining the spirit of the game/chat in any other form may also result in a chat ban/permanent ban. Only write what you really need to write!
Follow the Game Rules. This especially means no pushing. Teaming is definitely allowed, but you are not allowed to agree on killing each other for the rewards. This is considered pushing and may result in a permanent account ban! This punishment is also true for other game rules.
Duration of Chat Bans
The above listed durations are minimum lengths. Repeated offences increase the length of bans automaticly. The following logic applies:
- If you have been warned once within the last 2 weeks, you will automatically receive at least a 1 hour ban.
- If you have been banned for 1 hour twice within the last 2 weeks, you will automatically receive a 24 hour ban.
- If you have been banned for 24 hours once within the last 2 weeks, you will automatically receive a 168 hour (1 week) ban.
- If you have been banned for 168 hours once within the last 4 weeks, you will automatically receive a 1 year ban.
Commands
/pm [name] [message] Write a personal Message to [name] that only this user sees.
/pmblock [name] Block a player from writing pms to you.
/pmunblock [name] Allow a player to write pms to you.
/pmblocklist List all players you blocked from writing pms to you.
/mute [name] Mute a player in all chats. You will never read a message again from him.
/unmute [name] Undo a Mute of a player.
/mutelist List all player you muted.
